We are estimating that the Bills will get at least 30 turnovers in the 2008 season. You can pay now for the first 30 turnovers instead of having to pay after the season, when holiday bills have added up. Plus, if you pay now, your contribution is tax deductible this year.

You can pay as much per ball as you'd like, just as you would with the normal pledge per takeaway. When the Bills cross our 30 takeaway goal, or when they make the playoffs, you will have the option of pledging again for extra takeaways.

Pledging per takeaway simply means that you promise to pay whatever you decide ($1, $2, etc.) for every takeaway (interception or fumble recovery) that the Bills get.

You will make your pledge now, but we don't collect until the end of the season, so you'll have all season long to put some money aside based on the takeaway performance. Think about it, a pledge of $1 per takeaway is only $1-$2 dollars per NFL week! (Of course, all Bills fans hope it will be $3 or $4 or $5 per week.)

Also, we charge double for every takeaway that is returned for a touchdown, so if you pledge $1, most takeaways will cost you $1, but every takeaway returned for a touchdown will cost you $2.
